Ordered yesterday for overnight delivery. Saw "Out for delivery" this morning. Began breaking down the phone removing the old screen, button, camera and shield. Then the new screen arrived and about 20 minutes later phone was snapped back together and good as new.
I couldn't get the suction cup that comes with the tool kits you can buy for these things to hold well enough even after applying packing tape to the old screen. Nor would the plastic pry tools work to open the initial area by the button. I ended up using a razor blade to get that first pry out, then the plastic tools worked for the rest.
Pretty happy right now.
Next I plan to order just the glass and glue and see if I can fix the old screen and resell it.
