I was not expecting this product to seamlessly integrate with MS Office 2003 as nicely as it did. I am not a Microsoft fan and I will not up-grade to a newer version of MS Office ever. So when I installed this phone system, as a replacement for aging Panasonic 24 Ghz phones throughout my home and home office, I was surprised at just how functional and easy this phone system was to set up and operate. I especially like the computer connectivity that allows me to dial from Outlook. I find it handy when the Outlook contact pane jumps up with an incoming call, but it can get in the way of other programs running on a computer. All-in-all, I like the computer fuctions tied to this phone ... and it was REALLY EASY to set it up.
Other reviewers are correct when they say that you will have to save/program each hand unit and the base to save individual phone numbers, but I see that as an advantage. I have a separate need to save certain numbers in my home office, numbers that...
